A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF ANTICIPATED TAX
COLLECTION RATE FOR THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
FOR THE 1999-2000 TAXABLE YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 26.04 (b) of the Texas Property Tax Code provides for the Tax Assessor -Collector to
certify the anticipated amount of taxes that will be collected and the anticipated collection rate for 1999-00
taxable year and anticipate a collection amount as calculated below:
1999 Anticipated Levy $13,102,701
1999 Anticipated Collections $13,102,701
1999 Percent of Collections 100%
NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT: The City Council approves the certification of anticipated tax
collection rate for the City of Allen for the 1999-2000 taxable year.
