A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, PLACING IN NOMINATION THE NAME OF TOM KARSTEN,
COUNCH.MEMBER WITH THE CITY OF BURLESON, FOR MEMBERSHIP ON
THE TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE GROUP BENEFrrS RISK POOL BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR REGION 8.
WHEREAS, the City of Allen is a member of the Texas Municipal League (TML) Group Benefits Risk Pool;
and,
WHEREAS, Council finds that Tom Karsten qualifies to be a member of the Board of Trustees; and,
WHEREAS, the Allen City Council has nominated Tom Karsten to continue service on the Board of Trustees
representing Region 8 for a term of three years;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Council places in nomination Tom Karsten, Councihmmber with the City of
Burleson.
SECTION 2: The City Council directs the City Secretary to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the
