' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE CONTRACT TO SELL 1.9 ACRES OF LAND
OUT OF THE CENTURY RETAIL ADDITION TO THE ALLEN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF THE
DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE SALE BY THE
ALLEN CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1999, the Allen City Council approved a contract for the sale of a 1.9 acre tract
of land out of Lot 3 of the Century Retail Addition, now Lot 3A, of the Replat of Lot 3, Century Retail
Addition, an Addition to the City of Allen, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet L, Slide 147, of the Deed Records
of Collin County, Texas, (the "Property") to the Allen Economic Development Corporation ("AEDC") and
authorized the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT the Allen City Council ratifies the Contract and any amendments
thereto and ratifies execution of the deed and all other documents necessary to complete the sale of the
Property to the AEDC by Peter H. Vargas, City Manager of the City of Allen.
