RESOLUTION NO. 17o0.3 -99(R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, DESIGNATING A PRIMARY INVESTMENT OFFICER AND A
SECONDARY INVESTMENT OFFICER AND AUTHORIZING THESE INDIVIDUALS
TO INVEST, TRANSFER, WITHDRAW, DEPOSIT OR MANAGE FUNDS FOR THE
CITY OF ALLEN.
WHEREAS, the City of Allen has excess funds to invest; and,
WHEREAS, it is required by the Public Funds Investment Act, Chapter 2256 Texas Government Code that
an investing entity shall designate one or more officers or employees as investment officer to be responsible
for the investment of its funds.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
The individuals whose names appear below are designated as investment officers of the City of Allen and are
hereby authorized to invest, transfer, withdraw, deposit or manage in any other manner funds of the City of
Allen:
Linda Vaughan, Primary Investment Officer
Finance Director
Joanne Stoehr, Secondary Investment Officer
Accounting Manager
