' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION,
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF REQUIRED SIGNAGE; FOR NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING CALLED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR REQUIRED
ZONING CHANGES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Allen, Texas require the owner/developer
to install signage, giving notice of the date and time and location of public hearings called by the City Council
to consider required zoning changes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a fee for the construction, installation and removal of
required signage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The City may construct, install and remove the required signage giving notice of public
hearings called by the City Council for consideration of requested zoning changes upon payment by the
owner/developer/applicant for the zoning change to the City for the City's direct cost associated therewith plus
a fee to cover the administration thereof in the amount of Five percent (5 %).
' Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.

COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 18th DAY OF FEBR IARY '1999.
