A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF
DELINQUENT TAXES FROM THE TAX ROLLS ON REAL PROPERTY THAT
HAS BEEN DELINQUENT FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS AND ON PERSONAL
PROPERTY THAT HAS BEEN DELINQUENT FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS
AS REQUIRED BY SENATE BILL 772.
WHEREAS, Section 33.05(c) of the Texas Property Code requires the collector for a taxing unit to
cancel and remove from the delinquent tax roll a tax on real property that has been delinquent for more
than 20 years and/or a tax on personal property that has been delinquent for more than 10 years, the
following breakdown is provided:

1986 $3,347.04
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS: That since the Texas Property Tax Code requires the
removal of the specified delinquent accounts, the Tax Department recommends that this action be
' approved.
