' The meeting was held at the Allen Animal Shelter and convened at 7:05p.m. Present at the meeting
were members Sheila Brauning, Matt McGee, Dr. Coffman, and Allison Harper. Deputy Chief Myers
attended as a guest. Kathryn May was absent.
Chairperson, Sheila Brauning, called the meeting to order at 7:05p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from March 21.2016.
The minutes from the March 21, 2016 were approved by Sheila Brauning and Matt McGee.

Updates on shelter renovations
Clear the Shelters which resulted in 22 adoptions
Discussed ordinance changes such as hold times for pets belonging to incarcerated individuals and
adding a vicious dog ordinance
