' The meeting was held at the Allen Animal Shelter and convened at 7:05p.m. Present at the meeting
were members Sheila Brauning, Matt McGee, Kathryn May, and Allison Harper. Dr. Coffman was
absent.
Chairperson, Sheila Brauning, called the meeting to order at 7:05p.m.
Approval of the Minutes from August 15, 2016.
The minutes from the August 15, 2016 were approved by Sheila Brauning and Matt McGee.

Discussed ordinance changes such as hold times for pets belonging to incarcerated individuals and
adding a vicious dog ordinance
