The called - special session of the Allen City Council
was called to order by Mayor Rodenbaugh at 7:39 p.m. on
Wednesday, June 25, 1986, in the lunchroom area of the Allen
Municipal Annex, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Mayor Rodenbaugh adjourned the called - special session of the
Allen City Council into executive session at 7:39 p.m.
Convene into Executive Session
(Agenda Item II)
In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. (Open
Meetings Law), Section 2(f), the Allen City Council convened
into Executive Session at 7:40 p.m. to discuss items relating
to the Jimmy Wolff litigation.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:38 p.m.
Reconvene into Special Session (Agenda Item III)
Mayor Rodenbaugh reconvened the called - special session
of the Allen City Council at 10:39 p.m.
Consider Items Related to Jimmy
Wolff Litigation (Agenda Item IV)
Upon a consensus of the Allen City Council, another meeting
was scheduled with the representatives of Sibley & Wolff for
Monday, July 7, 1986, at 7:30 p.m., at the Allen Municipal Annex.
Items of Interest of the Council (Agenda Item V)
City Manager Jon McCarty advised the Council of the upcoming
budget workshop session to be held on Saturday, June 28, 1986,
from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at the Allen Municipal Annex.

City Manager Jon McCarty advised the Council of the
results of the condemnation hearing held today on the
Hassie Hunt property, located east of State Highway 5 and
south of Stacy Road, for the city's second delivery point.
Adjourn (Agenda Item VI)
Mayor Rodenbaugh adjourned the called - special session
of the Allen City Council at 10:48 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25,
1986.
