With a quorum of the Board present with members Michael Schaeffer, Chris Schulmeister, Jeff
Burkhardt, Joey Herald and Tim Litinas in attendance, the Special Called Meeting of the Allen
Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) Board of Directors was called to order by Preside
Schaeffer at 7:31 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at the AEDC Office.

a. Consider Incentives to Support a Mixed Use Development at SH 121 and Alma Road
On a motion by Jeff Burkhardt, seconded by Tim Litinas, the Board unanimously authorized the
AEDC Execy-Aime r7e9"L7TV-Wm —
and/or related entities to provide an incentive of up to $225,000 to reimburse actual costs incurred to
secure planned development zoning and other initial city approvals for the proposed mixed used
development.
