With a quorum of the Board present with members Michael Schaeffer, Chris Schulmeister, Joey
Herald and Tim Litinas in attendance, the Special Called Meeting of the Allen Economic Development
Corporation (AEDC) Board of Directors was called to order by President Schaeffer at 7:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at the AEDC Office,
I . AV12roval of Reciprocal Access, Fire Lane, and Utility Easement Agreement with BTS One
Bethany North., LP
On a motion by Chris Schulmeister, seconded by Tim Litinas, the Board unanimously authorized th'4
Executive Director to sign on behalf of the corporation the Reciprocal Access, Fire Lane, and Utility
Easement Agreement with BTS One Bethany North, LP as presented relating to the use and
maintenance of the described northern part of Lot 211-9 and southern part of Lot 2R- 10, Block A,
Millennium Office Park.

On a motion by Joey Herald, seconded by Tim Litinas, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40
