With a quorum of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President Chrisman
called the Meeting to order at 8:02 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018, at The Courses at Watters Creek
Golf Course, 7201 Chase Oaks Boulevard, Plano, Texas 75025.
3) Approve Minutes of the April 16, 2018, Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Baril and a second by Board Member Holcomb, the
Board voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes from the April 16, 2018,
meeting. The motion carried.
