Work Session

Members Present: Ron Workman, David Morgan, Bob Outman,
Helen Johnson
I. Meeting was called to order by Ron Workman.
II. Report was given to the Park Board on the Appraisal of
Ford Park, by the Director of PARD.
III. Review of the Policy, Rules and Regulations Manual
The Board also discussed the format of the Manual. The
Board discussed a Policy Statement which Bob Outman will
present at the next meeting for the Board's review.
In a motion made by Bob Outman and seconded by Helen Johnson,
the Board decided to individually consider an outline for
the Manual and then use these to complete an outline for
the Manual to be used in the final draft.
IV. Motion to adjourn was made by Bob Outman: seconded by
David Morgan. 4 Yes 0 No
