A. Reed Park - extension of contract

C. Dedication Ceremonies - Reed Park

III. Motion to suspend agenda to discuss new business
Motion by Helen Johnson; seconded by David Morgan - approved
IV. New business: Ron Workman duscussing problems associated
with baseball season:
1. Potential crisis with not enough fields
2. Foul balls - damage to automobiles and homes
3. Lights - timing situation;
V. Motion by Helen Johnson; seconded by David Morgan - approved
Report back on number of fields, lights, timers and failures;
look at modifying backstops. Report back to P&R Board on these
items.
VI. Policy. Rules & Re¢ulations Manual:
Ron Workman reported on events of last meeting concerning Manual
Suggestions of topic areas for the Manual:
1. Reservations/scheduling

6. Hours of Operation

VII. Board members agreed to call a Special Meeting for July 6, 1982
or July 13, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. and to be concurred with all
members.
VIII. David Morgan made the motion to adjourn; seconded by
Helen Johnson - approved
