Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board members present, the Regular Meeting of the Allen Convention and Visitor's
Bureau Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Doss at 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, in
the City Council Conference Room located in City Hall, 305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas 75013.
4. Update on CVB Brand Creative Refresh.
Ms.Jones reviewed presented an update on the CVB Brand Creative Refresh.
2. Update on Allen Hotel Market.
Ms. Cromwell presented an updated on the Allen Hotel Market.
3. Update on Convention Hotel.
Ms. Cromwell presented an update on the Convention Hotel.
5. Presentation 2017 Year End Marketing Results.
Ms. Jones presented the CVB Board with the 2017 Year End Marketing Results.
1. Approve Minutes of the November 1,2017, Regular Meeting.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Simpson and a second by Board Member Brooks, the
Board voted three (3) for and none(0) opposed to approve the minutes of November 1, 2017,
Regular Meeting. The motion carried.
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Staples and a second by Board Member Brooks, the
Board voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Allen
Convention and Visitor's Bureau Advisory Board at 8:53 a.m. on Wednesday, February 21,
2018. The motion carried.
