Regular Meeting

Members Present: Bill LaGone, JL Haggard, Howard Sdiner, Ken Posey
1. Minutes of the Nov. 26, Dec. 3, and Dec. 18, 1969 meeting were read and
approved
2. A discussion of the Allen and Plano City limits was held. There were no specific
decisions or actions
3. The next meeting was set for Thursday Jan. 15, 1970. This will be a joint meeting
with the City Council in connection with zoning of the OKC property
4. Mr. Mike Mahoney, Master Plan Consultant, and Mr. Gery Rudd of Wisenbaker &
Fix were present. Mr. Mahoney presented an informal list of goals for Allen which
had been partially developed in previous meetings. He then discussed ordinances
and subdivisions in general terms with specific disucssion occuring on some of
Allen's needs.
Mr. Mahoney has had a slight delay in his first written report but it will be
issued before his next visit on Feb. 18, 1970.
