h.l. cain request for zoning change on his property at texaco station on the north federal
to accomodate a car wash. hearing before p&z to be feb. 9th. ... felt even though the
property ownder had been contacted previously it would be necessary to contact them
again. the previous hearing was held june 1974
first baptist church requested fred day property be rezoned from r16 to cf for church use.
hearing set for feb 9th
w. seaman will be handing in his resignation to the city council
