I. the commission held a hearing on a special exception request to allow for the operation
of a glass business with the installation of automobile glass and the fabrication of storm
doors & windows in a local retail zone. property located at 203a east main being lots 3b
& 4b, block 15 - old donation.
alex orr jr. appeared before the commission to speak in favor of this specific exception
request and provide information. business to be a 30 by 50 metal building with partial
masonry front. all inside work & no outdoor storage
motion special exception request be granted, johnnie enloe; second, joe moseley; all

II. the commission set feb. 13, 1978 as hearing date on a zoning change request on lots
ic - 2a & 3 - blocks d - old donation from r16 to oc classification. motion, richard chumbley
