Members Present: Jim Pendleton, Greg Towe, Joe Moseley, and Carol Henry
Motion by Joe Moseley, Second by Jim Pendleton to adopt minutes as read.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion was made by Joe Moseley, Second by Jim Pendleton, to postpone Item
number one on the agenda (Final Plat of Folsom -English -Brookshire addition
to Cottonwood Creek Shopping Center), at the request of the developer until
the next regular meeting Df the commission. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion was made by Joe Moseley, Second by Carol Henry, to reccomend to the
City Council that newly annexed properties adopted by City Ordinance No. 184
be zoned in accordance with list attached to annexation map, and schedule a
public hearing on the zoning reccomendations at the next regularly scheduled
meeting of the commission. (February 14, 1980). Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion was made by Joe Moseley, Second by Jim Pendleton, to have Bill Petty
(Plan Administrator) submit corrected copies of the commission by-laws for
City Council approval and have copies supplied to all members of the commission.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion was made by Carol Henry, Second by Jim Pendleton to instruct the City
Manager to apply for "701' Comprehensive Planning Assistance funds in amount
nesassary to complete and publish City of Allen Comprehensive Urban Plan.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion was made to adjourn by Joe Moseley, Second by Carol Henry. Motion
carried 5 for 0 against.
