Regular Meeting

Members Present: Ken Posey, JL Haggard, Bill LaGone, Howard Snider
Members Absent: none
1.This meeting was attnded by Mr. Gery Rudd of Wisenbaker & Fix and Mr. Mike
Mahoney
2. Mr. Mahoney discussed at lenght the adpotion and various aspects of a subdivsion
ordinance. He will mail to the commission a draft of such an ordinance for
examination and upon the commissions approval recommendation to the City Council
for adoption.
3. Mr. Rudd presented the commission with a multicolored map showing the present
City of Allen, the surrounding area subject to Allen's jurisdictional control, and
the location of the City limits of adjourning cities and towns.
4. Relative to the above described map a motion was made by Howard Sinder as
follows: that the map by adopted as the official master plan map and that the area
under Allen's jurisdictional control be adopted as the planning area.
Motion seconded by Bill LaGone
Vote: all ayes
Motion carried
A notation was affixed to the map designating it according to the motion and
each member signed it.
5. The next meeting as set for March 18, 1970. The proposed subdivision ordinance
will be discussed. The following meeting was set for April 1, 1970. Mr. Mahoney
will attend this meeting and will be prepared to answer questions about the sub-
division oridnance
