Regular Meeting
Presiding: Chairman Elo Zinke
Members Present: Howard Sinder, Ken Posey
Members Absent: JL Haggard, Bill LaGone
1. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
2. Mr. Posey reported that the proposed sub-division ordinance draft had not been
received from Mr. Mahoney
4. Mr. Zinke presented a request for zoning change from OKC corporation (for the
same property of their previous request) Mr. Zinke stated that OKC had verbally
withdrawn their request after learning that the required six months had not ... since
their previous request. The commission therefore took no action on the current
request and requested that it be returned to OKC by the City Clerk upon written
withdrawl by OKC
4.The citizen advisory committee was

discussed and plans were made to send a form letter to those living asked to serve
and to contact them personally.
