Regular Meeting
Presiding: Vice Chairman Bill LaGone

1. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
2. The propsed subdivisions ordinance was discussed. With the intentions of ... the
recommendation by the commission of a subdivision ordinance and to give the
City Council opportunity to get first hand information from Mr. Mike Mahoney, the
following motion was made by Howard Snider: to invite the City Council to meet with
the Commission at their April 29th meeting. The motion was seconded by Bill LaGone
Motion carried 4 to 0
3. A motion was made by Howard Snider to change the regular meeting night to the
first and third Monday nights of each month. The motion was seconded by JL Haggard

after which presiding Chairman Bill LaGone tabled the motion providing the availability
of more information on conflicting meetings
4.The future meetings of the Citizen's advisory committee was discussed. A tentative
or target date of May 4th was established.
