Regular Meeting
Presiding Chairman: Elo Zinke
Members Present: JL Haggard, Bill LaGone, Ken Posey, Howard Snider
Members absent: none
1. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
2. This meeting was attended by Mayor Frank Dugger, Councilmen Bob Lowman,
and Roy Eweing for the purpose of discussing the proposed sub-division control
ordinance. Mr. Mike Mahoney was present and led the explanation and discussion.
3. After a lengthy discussion the consensus was that no further action should be taken
until the City Engineer had reviewed technical aspects of the proposed ordinances. A
motion was made by Ken Posey to delya consideration of the proposed ordinance
until June 4th and at that time
meet jointly with the City Council, Mr. Mahoney, and representatives of Wisenbaker
& Fix to work further toward developing an acceptable ordinance.

4. Monday May 11th at 7:30pm was set as the date of the first meeting of the citizen's
advisory committee. Mr. Mahoney will attend. Each commission member will give
brief talks abou the subject assigned (see minutes of Feb 4, 1970)
5. The following citizens attended the meeting for the purpose of obtaining information
relative to zoning changes; Billy Joe Chapin, Bill Enloe, Gary Smith, and Jack Holt.
Dick Martin was also in attendence.
6. Mr. Mahoney presented (as requested by Chairman Zinke) a draft of proposed
changes to Section 17 of the present Zoning ordinance
