Joint meeting with City Council to discuss sub-division ordinance

1. Mr. Mike Mahoney explained and discussed the proposed ordinance
2. After several minor corrections the ordinance will be again discussed
3. After the joint meeting, the commission met briefly with Mr. Mahoney and
Mr. Walter Hicks to discuss the routing of major thoroughfares in the city plan
