1. Mr. Gary Rudd Wisenbaker & Fix attended the meeting. He delivered fifteen copies
of report no. 8 which receipt was acknowledged by the commission secretary.
(note: tow supplements to report were previously delivered: proposed subdivision
control oridnance and proposed zoning ordinance)
2. Mr. Rudd stated that consultant Mike Mahoney would meet with commission at a
near future date to discuss the proposed zoning oridnance
3. assignments of numbered planning reports and documents were made as follows:

4. a motion was made by Bill LaGone as follows: "that the commission recommended
to the city that adoption of the proposed subdivision contract ordinance which is a part
of report no. 8 of the master plan for the city of Allen. second Ken Posey. vote all for
5. a letter was drafted to the school board requesting preliminary site development
plans for new school property
