Joint meeting with City Council
Prior to the joint meeting a meeting was held in the library
Presiding: chairman Elo Zinke
Present: Bill LaGone, Ken Posey, Howard Snider
Absent: JL Haggard
1. Also present was JL Ereckson, President of the Allen school board, Mike Mahoney
and Gary Rudd of Wisenbaker & Fix
2. The new properties of the school board discussed. Definite plans have not been
made for these areas according to Mr. Ereckson
3. Also under discussion was a zoning map schematic (proposed zoning map)
In the joing meeting Mike Mahoney & Gary Rudd discussed the Master Plan,
particularly the propsed subdivision and zoning ordinances. The council voted to approve
articles J through I of the proposed subdivision ordinance. The
council voted a resolution authorizing the commission to hold public hearings on the
proposed zoning ordinance
addition to minutes: council will study articles VI & VII of proposed subdivision
ordinance before taking action
