- fountain park section IV final flat was presented by starnes and assoc. represented by
william shepard jr. and m. churchwell. discussion held as to previous request for consideration
to open area. starnes & assoc. felt the proximity of other open areas namely the two
schools and their top soil condition fo the area do not lend this particular area to parks.
shepard indicated fountain park IV should be developed within a year from now. fountain
park IV to be developed after fountain park III. motion by seamane seconded by michaels
that fountain park IV be approved as presented. motion carried 5 to 1
- shepard informed the commission that they are in the preliminary stages of development
of the 449 acres banded by the railroad tracks, highway 5, business district, and
approx. 1500 feet south of stacy. consideration should be given to type of zoning,
greenbelts, access routes, etc. preliminary delays are expected to be present in 90 to
