- hearing on zoning request by g. anderson to change zoning on property on st. mary's
st. from r-16 to oc. after some discussion don brazeal moved the zoning be changed
from r-16 to oc-pd. seconded by smith. motion carried 6-0. recommendation to be
sent to the city council
- hazel long property on ash for r-16 to oc zoning. p. pringle resresenting allen development
co. favored the oc zoning providing the pd was added as long as there was no present
planned end use. smith moved we recommend to the city council that the property be
rezoned to oc-pd. seconded by brazeal. motion carried 6-0
- hearing on w. chester property (75x152) between federal and allen dr. south of john
moore's texaco station. hearing set for sept. 10. lr to gi
- motion by smith seconded by brazeal that the high meadows second addition be
tabled until a hight meadows representative can be present. motion carried 6-0
