- hearing on zoning request by h. tennyson to change zoning on 7.7 acres on st. mary's
st. from r-16 to oc. alvin moore spoke for the future plans for the area. present plans call
for spec. warehouse - office development. nothing has been finalized for the plans at
this time. motion by seaman, seconded by brazeal to recommend to the city council to
change the zoning from r-16 to oc. motion carried 3 for with gantt abstaining
- hearing on zoning request of the g. anderson property on st. mary's st. from r-16 to oc.
motion by seaman seconded by brazeal that the request to be tabled until g. anderson
or his designate is able to attend to explain intent for the property. motion carried 4-0
- hazel long property on north ash from r-16 to oc. hearing set for aug. 13th
- request for final approval of high meadows second addition. motion by gantt seconded
by brazeal to table the request pending further study by the commission
- meeting adjourned
