- hearing on request by zinovia iimitratus on 17.2 acres between highway 5 and jupiter
rd from r-2 to lr-pd classification. petitioners asked after much discussion that the request
be changed to pd only. motion by brazeal seconded by sannt to recommend to the city
council the zoning of the property be changed from r-2 to pd. motion carried 5-0
- hearing at next regular meeting (july 9th) on the following zoning change requests:
1. henry ... property 7.7 acres on st. marys st from r-16 to oc classification 2. george
anderson property at 310 st marys drive from r-16 to oc classification
- request by ... ... on 98 acres south of stacy rd and west of highway 5. the preliminary
plans for the development presented by don ... v.p. of raldon. 64 acres designated for
single unit dwellings under r-6 zoning of 7000ft2 lots and 60 ft min frontage. 6 acres
designated r-16 duplexes. 20 acres designated t-h townhouses. 8 acres designated

raldon presented ... of their townhouse and duplex layourts explaining how they felt their
plan broke up the long ... of their buildings. density of the townhouses ... exceed 10 units
. 3 parking spaces limit
single family detached units from 12.10 to 1680 ft2 of air conditioned living space
slide presentation by raldon to show commission previous development in surrounding
communities.
motion by seaman seconded by smith that the proposal by raldon be accepted in concpet
only as to acerage allotment. r-5 zoning shall apply to the single unit phase of the
development. motion carried. don brazeal pointed out to mr. plu... that
in the preliminary plans he would like to see consideration given to a green-belt area.
also brazeal suggested the preliminary plan show this lr as a pr-pd so the commission
can have an opportunity to review this phase of the development.
motion by brazeal seconded by seamna that bill kolander and pat michales be contacted
and recommended to the city council as appointees to the commission
