1. minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved
2. a hearing was held on the petition by charles g. starnes & associates for changes in
zoning classification on four parcels of land. all plats are in the fountain park area.
(a) identified as request no. 1 requests a change by mickey pierson to approve request
no. 1. second bill lagrone, motion carried 3 for none against (b) identified as request no.
2. request a change from r-11 to r-5. motion by mickey pierson to approve
request no. 2 for the use specified. second ken posey, motion carried 3 for none
against. (c) request nos. 3&4 were for a change from r-4 to r-5. motion by mickey
pierson to approve requests nos. 4&5 for the use specified in the proposed preliminary
plats presented by charles g. starnes. second bill lagrone, motion carried 3 for none
against
