1. mr. lortscher was advised that further study by the commission has revealed that under
section 5.5 of the zoning ordinance a greenhouse and plant nursery is permitted in lf
classification without a special exception. mr. lortscher amended his petition to now be
a request for a zoning classification change from r-16 to lr lots 2a-2b block h old donation
motion by mickey pierson to approve mr. lortscher's request as authorized by section

in his preparation of a official zoning map of the city. the city has contracted with wisen-
baker & fix for this map
7. mr. curtis was asked to infrom mrs. jean carr that pursuant to her previous request
the commission intreprets section 5.5 of the zoning ordinance as permitting greenhouse
and plant nursery in lr classification
