h.l. cain request to change zoning @ n. federal from lr to oc. property is located behind
the texaco station facing allen dr. specific use is for a car wash. proposal tabled until
mr. cain returns with a more detailed proposal. disucssion related to granting exception
to present zoning as a special use rather than a zoning change.
w. curtis to contact ms. nance and/or ms. call about serving on the p&z comm to replace
r. gantt.
