request for change in zoning on approx 97 acres north of bravo addition and east of
hiway #5 from r-2 to r-4, r16 & lr. mr. johns of baker-crow and buddy shepard of starnes
and assoc presented the proposal to commission
request was for 75.75 acres as r-4 12.57 acres as r16 and 7.78 acres as lf in preliminary
land use plan
motion by smith seconded by seamna that the request for zoning changes be approved
as presented. motion carried. recommendation to be sent to city council
meeting adjourned
