bob lowman presented preliminary plans for development of his property. discussion as
to access of city service across private property, dedication of streets and deed
restrictions followed.
motion by seamna that the preliminary plat concerning the 4 lots east of wayne strattons
property and adjacent to lowman's house to be approved subject to classification of the
access issue for city services. j. perlas seconded. motion carried 7-0.
