#977. there were no property owners within 200 feet present to approve this request

II. hearing was held on a zoning change request made by hal mayfield on 58 acres of land
in the cbain jamison survey abstract #491. request was made to change 48 acres from
r-2 classification to r-5 classification and 10 acres from r-2 classification to lr classification
jeannie nance made motion request be denied; second by pat michaels; all in favor
III. hearing was held on zoning change request made by oliver daniel on 50 acres of land
in the r.l. ingram survey. abstract #462, and 50 acres in the r.l. whisenant survey. abstract
#1012. request was to change the zoning on 97 acres from r2 classification to r4 classification
and 3 acres from r2 classification to lr classification. jeannie nance made motion request
as approved; richard chumbley second; all in favor
