I. the commission held a hearing on a special exception request by donald robertson to
allow for the sale of used automobiles & trucks in a local retail zone. property owners
within200 ft. were notified and objections were received form the owners of one adjacent
piece of property. the special exception request was granted by a vote of 4 for and 1

II. the commission set august 8, 1977 as date for hearing on a zoning change request by

III. daniel blair appeared before the commission seeking information on operation of a
business out of his residence at 933 wandering way (zoned r6) the business to be the
... employing from 7 to 12 people
IV. james d crow appeared before the commission with information pertaining to the
development of 4 acres of land in the lewis wetsel survey (development containing
retail, single family, and 2 family residences) also seeking information as to the
replatting of allenwood heights for patio homes
