minutes of prior meeting were read and approved
1st order of business was presentation of site plan on proposed shopping center located
at the northwest corner of main street and greenville avenue by robert todd for approval
as preliminary plat entrance off 2170, the 17 parking spaces will be eliminated to facilitate
traffic flow
also check with fire marshall to ascertain location of fire plugs & hydrants
motion made by perks to approve plat with comments above. chumbley second. all in favor
2nd order of business consider final plat on hillside village #8 addition
it was observed that three points required from previous meeting were not met. these
were: 1.total underground drainage be ... 2. lots 1, block d on westway and lot 26, block
e on westway that the lost be adjusted per previous comments based on expansion of 2170
3. plat be subject to engineers approval
motion made by chumbley the motion be tabled until a representative can appear before
this body with the plat for discussion. second enloe. all in favor
3rd item set date for hearing on zoning change request by el ereckson on lots 1c & 1d
block h, old donation located at 206 north ash
move by enloe that it be set for regular meeting in december. moseley second. all in favor
except chumbley who abstained
a workshop is scheduled for 30 november 1977 to select consultants for the traffic
safety study
