street and allenwood heights. public hearing aset for april 10th next regular meeting.

II. buddy shepard appeared before commission for preliminary plat on fountain park 4. a
all lots 10 ft wide approximately 8400 sq. ft. richard chumbley made motion we accept
the preliminary plat subject to all provisions set forth. joe perks second. all in favor
III. preliminary plast apartments on bethany road. 8 acres adjacent to boyd elementary
24 units first
zoned r32 pd. the plat needed to show all the property development. motion made to accept
preliminary site plan by joe perks. johnnie enloe second all in favor. reproduced copy
requested by commission of this plat
IV. tom cate appeared for hearing on zoning change request lots 1c - 2a - 3 block d
old donation. joe perks makes motion we approve oc with pd attached to it. with owner
