I. the commission held a public hearing on a zoning change request on 8 acre tract of land
in the david wetsel survey, abstract #977, from its present cf classification to lr classification
charles chandler appeared before the commission to speak in favor of this zoning change
request
johnnie enloe made motion this zoning change request be accepted with a oc attached;
second richard chumbley; 3 for 2 against with joe perks abstaining
II. the commission held a public hearing on a zoning change request on a 17 acre tract
in the rufus sewell survey, abst. #875 and the mcbain jamison survey, abst. #491, from
its present th classification to gb classification
residents of this area appeared before the commission to speak in opposition of this
request. residents also suggested buffers & building heights with on story limits be required

III. david king appeared before the commission to set a date for a hearing on a special
exception for a day care center in r-32 pd classification. jonnie enloe made motion april
24, 1978 be set as date for this hearing; second joe perks; all in favor
joe perks made motion meeting be ajourned; second joe moseley; all in favor
addition: the commission ammended it would now hold regular sessions twice a month
next meeting set for april 24, 1978
