I. the commission held a hearing on a special exception request for a day care center
in r-32 zoning in the rufus sewell survey, abstract #875
david king appeared before the commission & presented a plat for the day care center
the commission discussed the responsibility maintenance of a road in this development
jonnie enloe made motion this preliminary plat & special exception be approved with the
parking correction; second joe moseley. all in favor
II. the commission set may 1 1978 as hearing date on a special exception request on one
acre in the peter wetsel survey, abstract #990, to allow for a car wash in gb zoning
III. buddy shepherd appeared before commission and presented the final plat for fountain
park #4. richard chumbley made motion the plat be approved; second jeannie nance;
all in favor
joe moseley made motion the meeting be adjourned; second jeannie nance; all in favor
