I. the minutes were read & accepted. motion richard chumbley; second, jonnie enloe; all
in favor
II. buddy shepherd with starnes & associates appeared before the commission to present
a preliminary plat for cottonwood creek estates, section 1 development to consist of
100 lots with underground utilities
the commission advised mr. shepherd of all requirements for this type development including
streets & water mains
joe perks made motion the preliminary plat be approved subject to the engineering and
staff approval. second, richard chumbley
