I. the minutes were read & accepted. motion jonnie enloe, second jeannie nance. all in
favor
II. joe gordon appeared before the commission to discuss the development of a 36 acre
tract presently zoned for apartments. developers propose to build townhouses on this
property. this development is to consist of approximately 36 acres
the commission discussed streets, parking spaces, dedication of streets, and sweage
& water conditions.
these townhouses are to be priced at approximately $32,000 & consist of approx. 542
units
