the first item on the agend was to review the final plat of high meadows #2 subdivision
a motion was made by bill day to approve the final plat as presented and recommend
approval by the allen city council

the second item on the agenda was a hearing on a zoning change request to change
zoning from r-6 to lr classification on lots 13&14, block 9 - old donation
a property owner identifying himself
as mr. hamilton and owner of property located directly across the street from lots 13&14
block 9 - old donation, asked questions concerning the city of allen's outlook for future
zoning classification in the area which includes his property. however, he offered no objection
to the change in classification concerning the subject property
a motion was made by bill day to change zoning classification from r-6 to lr on lots 13&14
block 9 - old donation. second to motion by bill petty. motion carried unanimously
the third item on the agenda was to set date for heraing to change zoning on 88.662
acres of land in the rufus sewell survey and wm perrin survey abst. #708 from its present
r-2 classification to g1 classification.
a motion was made by joe mosely to set hearing date for 6-28-79. second to motion by
charles akin. motion carried unanimously
a motion was made at 8:15pm to adjourn by mosely. second to motion by bill day.
