the third item was ron-fix preliminary report on comprehensive urban plan. mr. fix was not
present. item was passed over
the fourth item was to set hearing date on zoning change on lots 1a-5a blk 2whis addn.
lots 2a-3a blk 20 old donation motion by day to set hearing date for next regular meeting

in addition to regular adenda officers were elected - roger powell chairman greg towe
