Members Present: Jim Pendleton, Joe Moseley, and Carol Henry.
Starting on page 717 of Richardson Ordinance we went through
item by item & approved as we progressed. Deleted item 10
under permit -fee Section #718. Deleted section in B Class 2.
Deletion starts with "in event . concludes with 8 sq. ft."
Delete section B Class 2 #4, deletion starts with "and the
fifty . . . . maintained."
Section 19-4 A-4 Class 4 Temporary Garage Sale Signs shall be
permissible on site 3 days maximum; a minimum period between
yard sales of 90 days, in these districts.
Section 19-4 B-4 Class 4 same change as above.
Motion by Joe Moseley to schedule next workshop session for 7:30 P.M.,
may 22, 1980 in the teachers' lounge, at Rountree. Second to motion
by Jim Pendleton. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion to adjourn by Carol Henry. Second to motion by Jim
Pendleton. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
