Motion by Charles Akin to accept minutes from May 8 & 15, 1980
meeting as read. Second to motion by Jim Pendleton. Motion
approved (5) for (0) against.
Agenda Item: Set date for a Public Hearing on a request on
zoning change from Joe Duncan, President, Distinctive Homes
Inc. on approximately 71 acres in the Wm Perrin Survey,
Abstract No. 708, from the present classifications of R3,
R16 PD, and LR PD to R16 and GI.
Ward Paxton commented that he would like to see the Public
Hearing set for the regular meeting in July 1980, so that
proper study may be made of the area.
Motion made by Joe Moseley to set the above Public Hearing
for June 26, 1980. Second to motion by Carol Henry. Motion
carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion to adjourn by Charles Akin. Second to motion by Joe
Moseley. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
