Motion by Joe Moseley to approve minutes from May 27, 1980
meeting as read. Second to motion by Charles Akin. Motion
approved 4 for 0 against.
Agenda Items: P & Z commission nominations with a motion made
to nominate 17 citizens to the P & Z commission. The nominees
include:

4. Claude Alexander

6. Gerald Eberts
7. Bob Montgomery
8. Linda Somers
9. Ted Bunn
10. Chuck Williams

Motion made by Charles Akin to have the above as part of the
P & Z Commission. Second to motion by Joe Moseley. Motion
carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion by Joe Moseley to contact the nominees by Plan administrator;
all willing to serve are to furnish a letter of qualifications to
the council. Second to motion by Charles Akin. Motion carried
4 for o against.
Motion by Joe Moseley to have a sign ordinance workshop on July
8, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. at City Hall. Second to motion by Jim
Pendleton. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion to adjourn by Joe Moseley. Second to motion by Charles Akin.
Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
