Tom Inkman made motion to approve minutes in this book and
that the minutes be transcribed vertabim in the future. Carol
Henry Second. All in favor.
Set a date for Public Hearing on a zoning change request from
Charles Crouch, agent for Coronet Realty Development, Ltd.,
to change zoning from R2 on 49.8 acres in the Peter Fisher Survey,
Abstract No. 324, to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning
district for the purpose of subdivision to establish 197 residential
lots. Carol Henry made motion to set the date for the Public
Hearing the second meeting in February, February �, 1981. Tom
Inkman second. Motion carried 7 for 0 against.
Request for preliminary and final plat approval approval for J -N
Addition, a replat of 3.262 acres of a portion of Block C, Old
Donation, out of the E.B. Reed Survey, Abstract No. 758. This
property is further described as being located at the north west
corner of Coats and Cedar. Partial development is described as
mini storage warehousing. Jean Jackson spoke for the request.
Tom Inkman made motion to accept preliminary and final plat.
Jim Wolfe seconded. Motion carried 7 for 0 against.
Jim Wolfe asked about our checklist. Bill Petty said it should
be available in 30 days. Jim Wolfe also suggested that the zoning
map be brought to every meeting.
Jim Wolfe suggested we should have a planning a zoning session for
the P&Z members as we have had in the past. Bob Waggoner held
this session.
