The workshop meeting of the Allen Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairman Pendleton at 7:10 p.m. at the Allen
Municipal Annex, 111 Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Workshop to Discuss
Proposal by Folsom
Associates (Agenda Item II)
Dennis Holman, partner in Folsom Associates presented the concept
to the Commission.
S.T. Dunkin consultant presented the proposed thoroughfare plan
and land use plan to the Commission. He stated that the proposed plan
would coincide with the plans in the McKinney area at 121. The pro-
posal would also include moving the Rowlett Road intersection north
slightly. There would also be some minor changes in the existing Allen
Thoroughfare Plan as far as the Alma Road alignment and the other pro-
posed roads on the west side of Highway 75 that run parallel to 75.
There was also discussion as to the lacposed development of the site.

The concensus expressed by the Commission present was that
they approve the concept of the request. They asked that the
developer bring back Use Regulations, density factors and any other
informative information to be presented at a Workshop to be sched-
uled for December 19, 1983, at 7:00 p.m.
Chairman Pendleton recessed the workshop session.
